摘要
设计一种精密倾角仪,采用零位标定确定倾角仪的准确零点位置,并提出一种温域补偿的实现方法。建立倾角仪的输出模型,采用两位置法对倾角仪进行零位标定;建立多项式误差模型,采用曲线拟合的方式对倾角仪的测量误差进行温域补偿。经过试验验证,倾角仪在-40^+60℃温度范围,-30^+30°角度范围内的测量误差绝对值达到了不大于30″的精度。该倾角仪可在快速、大角度、宽温域倾角的测量上进行应用。
In this paper, a precision inclinometer which used zero calibration to demarcate the accurate aero point position of theinclinometer was designed and the implementation method of temperature scope compensation was put forward. The output model of inclinometer was established and two location methods were used to demarcate the zero point position. A polynomical error model was established and curve fitting method was adopted to realize the temperature scope compensation of the inclinometer measurement error.The test result showed that the inclinometer measurement error's absolute value less than 30” when applied in -40- +60℃temperature range and - 30 - +30° range. This inclinometer can be used on rapid, large angle, wild temperature scope measurement.
