Influence of Related Components Strength on Roof Crush Resistance

摘要 针对丰田Yaris车型,利用LS-DYNA软件分析了A柱、B柱、上横梁、顶盖第一横梁、顶盖第二横梁等部件厚度不同时的车顶抗压性能,并用Matlab对仿真结果进行了三次样条曲线插值分析,得到了各部件料厚变化时车顶抗压性能大小的曲线,以及各个部件对车顶抗压性能的影响。 Based on the Toyota Yaris vehicle models,the roof crush resistance performance was simulated and analyzed under different thickness of A pillar,B pillar,roof rail,header rail and cross member by using LS-DYNA software. The simulation results were analyzed using three spline curve interpolation with Matlab. The curve of roof crush resistance performance was obtained with the material thickness changing of the components and the corresponding influence of components on roof crush resistance performance was analyzed.
