信用是高校资助工作的基石,信用建设对做好资助工作有着重要作用和意义。高校资助过程应是学生接受信用教育、增强信用意识的过程,同时也应是资助工作不断提高效率、提升公信的必经之路。将信用建设融入资助工作,既要不断地健全信用机制、完善信用管理,又要加强大学生信用教育。

Financial assistance is based on credit in College; therefore, credit construction plays an important role in implementing financial assistance. The financial assistance in College should include a process that college students receive credit education to enhance their credit awareness while the efficiency of financial assistance is greatly improved and the public trust？ is promoted. If credit construction is integrated into financial assistance, not only credit mechanism must be gradually improved to make credit management perfect but also college students credit education should be emphasized .
