Taking the landscape construction on the new campus of Fujian College of Water Conservancy and Electric Power for example ,from five aspects ：the historical heritage ,combining with water culture ,pinpointing the characteristics of vocational education ,people-oriented ,and the combination of mountain and water ,this paper discusses the integration of campus land-scape construction and campus culture .
