摘要
以专门用途英语(ESP)需求分析理论为指导,结合Hutchinson和Waters的六要素理论框架设计问卷,对湖北中医药高等专科学校2012和2013级涉外护理专业学生进行问卷调查,分析护理英语教学实施情况。调查发现,现行的护理英语教学不能满足学生需求。本文提出从学生需求出发,确定教学目标,调整教学内容,改进教学方法和策略,加强师资培训与实训室建设,确保复合型人才培养顺利实现。
Based on the ESP Needs Analysis theory and Hutchinson and Water's Six Elements theory ,the questionnaire was de-signed for the foreign nursing majors of grade 2012 and 2013 in Hubei College of Chinese Medicine with the aim of analyzing the implementation of nursing English teaching . It shows that the current nursing English teaching system could not satisfy students'needs .The paper points out that based on students'need teaching aims should be reset ,teaching contents should be adjusted ,teaching methods should be improved ,teaching team should be trained and nursing training room should be refined in order to cultivate interdisciplinary talents .
