用铁人精神构建高职学生核心价值观的实践与探索——以兰州石化职业技术学院为例

Practice and Exploration on Ironman Spirit in the Construction of Socialist Core Values of Higher Vocational Students——Taking Lanzhou Petrochemical College of Vocational Technology as Example

文章以兰州石化职业技术学院学生核心价值观培育的实践与创新为例,分析了如何将杰出校友王进喜的铁人精神融入学生核心价值观的构建之中,积极创新学生素质教育方式,把铁人精神这种民族时代精神与践行核心价值观和高职学生素质培养有机结合,为高职院校培养高素质技术技能人才提供了借鉴。

Taking the practice of students＆#39;core values cultivation in Lanzhou Petrochemical College of Vocational Technology as the example ,this paper analyzes how to integrate ironman spirit of Wang Jinxi in the construction of students core values ,and innovate teaching methods ,to combine this spirit with students＆#39;quality cultivation ,so as to provide reference for the cultivation of high-quality and skilled talents .
