党员档案是对党员主要的生活经历、工作经历以及学习经历等方面做出的记载,是党组织对党员进行管理的重要依据之一,对党组织的建设来说,发挥着重要的作用。本文通过对党员档案管理情况进行研究,对党员档案管理当中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了一系列解决对策。希望能够为党员档案管理工作提供一些有益的借鉴。

The CPC members＇archives are records of the living experiences ,employment experiences and education backgrounds of each CPC member .They are crucial documents to the members＇management and play an important role in the expansion of CPC organizations .This paper analyzes existing problems by thorough study on the management of CPC members＇archives .In addition ,it also discusses the solutions for other study on this field .
