对高校教学档案管理工作存在问题及解决对策的思考

Thinking on the Problems in College Teaching Archives Management and Countermeasures

教学档案是高校教学活动的真实反映和记录,是高校档案管理的重要组成部分,也是教学管理科学化与规范化的重要体现,更是综合素质的反映。提升高校的教学档案管理水平,对学校整体的建设发展有着重要的意义。本文从当前高校教学档案管理方面存在的问题着手,结合笔者自己实际工作,提出了解决这些问题的相应对策,以利于提升高校教学档案管理水平,从而促进高校教学档案管理工作的完善。

Teaching archives is a real reflection and record of college teaching activities ,is an important part of archives management of colleges and universities ,as well as an important embodiment of scientific and standardized teaching management and the reflection of comprehensive quality .It is of great significance for college construction and development to improve the level of teaching archives man-agement in colleges and universities .With own experiences ,the author analyzes the problems in teaching archives management ,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems ,in order to enhance the level of teaching archives management of colleges and universities ,and promote the improvement of the teaching archives management .
