The new normal concerning the development of science and technology journals is inevitably accompanied with new ethic issues.By reflecting various problems during the process of development,this article proposes that sci-ence and technology journals can achieve themselves＇healthy and rapid development only by holding ethic dimensions for development,adhering social responsibility as top priority during the improvement,abiding lofty academic tenden-cy as its ethic end-line,and applying humanistic care to the whole procedure of editing and publishing.
