偏远地区实施“教学点数字教育资源全覆盖”的问题及建议——基于云南省迪庆州德钦县中小学的调查研究

摘要 随着数字化教育技术的快速进步,全球多数国家高度重视义务教育的发展状况,并且对传统纸媒教育作出了大幅度的数字化升级。我国中西部地区的基础教育因地缘环境和经济水平限制,发展受到严重制约,特别是在地况复杂和居住分散的偏远地区更加明显,因此,我国实施了包括于2013年启动的"教学点数字教育资源全覆盖"在内的一系列基础教育数字化改进措施。文章选取的研究对象为云南省迪庆州德钦县,是典型的高海拔边疆民族地区,研究数字化教育技术在该地区义务教育中的应用问题不仅只是发现个别现象,同时也为我国普遍性的问题提供解决方法上的建议。 With the rapid development of digital technology in education, most countries in the world attach great importance to the development of the condition of the compulsory education, and made the digital upgrade greatly on the traditional paper media education. The central and western regions of China's basic education because of the geographical environment and economic level constraints, development is severely constrained, especially more obvious, in a remote area of ground conditions and living dispersed so complex, China implemented including launched in 2013 "teaching digital education resources full coverage", a series of basic education in digitized improvement measures. This article selects the object of study for the Yunnan province Diqing Deqin County, is a typical high altitude frontier ethnic regions, the application problem of digital educational technology research in the compulsory education in the region is not only found the individual phenomenon, but also for the general problem of our country to provide advice on solving method.
