摘要 本实验引进美国优质小麦资源并鉴定出与优良蛋白质品质相关的分子标记,以西藏肥麦、美国引进优质小麦以及高产小麦为轮回亲本,以成都生物所自育全糯小麦品系糯麦12为全糯基因型供体亲本,通过杂交、回交以及自交等方法将3个糯蛋白缺失基因聚合在一个小麦遗传背景中,采用小麦糯性位点基因的特异PCR分子标记在回交和自交后代中筛选蛋白质优质的全糯或者部分糯基因型[3],培育具有肥麦高产遗传背景或美国优质小麦遗传背景的全糯小麦中间材料。 This study identified molecular markers associated with high quality protein by using high quality wheat resources introduced from America. The main recurrent parents used were Tibetan Feimai, a high quality wheat from America and a high yield wheat variety. The donor parent used was a full waxy genotype, Waxy Wheat 12, from the Chengdu Institute of Biolo- gy. The three lacking waxy protein genotypes were aggregated into one wheat genetic background through methods of crossing, backcrossing and self--crossing. Full waxy or partial waxy genotypes which produce high quality protein, were selected from back--crossing and self--crossing by using specific PCR molecular markers, Finally, we produced the waxy wheat intermediate materials, some of them having high yield genetic background of Feimai and some of them having high quality genetic background from American wheat.
