急性脑梗死患者血清Cyst-C水平变化与TOAST分型的临床关系

Clinical relationship of serum Cyst-C level changes with TOAST classification in acute cerebral infarction patients

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清Cyst-C水平变化与TOAST分型的临床关系。方法选择我院2014年1月至12月收治的急性脑梗死患者167例为脑梗死组,选择同期健康体检人员60例为对照组。对所有患者和健康体检者进行血清Cyst-C水平测定,按照TOAST标准将病因分为5类,即心源性脑梗死(CE)、大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死(LAA)、小动脉闭塞性脑梗死(SAO)、其他病因明确性脑梗死(OC)和不明病因性脑梗死(UND),分析患者血清Cyst-C水平与TOAST分型的关系。结果脑梗死组患者Cyst-C水平显著高于对照组(t=24.32,P<0.05)。动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者中CE病因、LAA病因、SAO病因、OC病因和UND病因的Cyst-C水平分别为(1.090±0.213)、(1.144±0.302)、(1.051±0.282)、(1.028±0.202)、(1.057±0.246),均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),在LAA病因组浓度明显升高。结论血清Cyst-C水平根据TOAST分型不同而有所不同,可见急性脑梗死血清Cyst-C水平对病因分型有一定的影响。

Objective To investigate clinical relationship of serum Cyst-C level changes with TOAST classification in acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods A total of 167 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected as cer ebral infarction group, 60 cases healthy physical examination personnel during the same period were chosen as control group. All of the patients and the healthy physical examination were determined serum Cyst-C level. The causes were divided into five categories according to TOAST criteria, the cardiac cerebral infarction（CE）, the artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction（LAA）, small artery occlusive cerebral infarction（SAO）, clarity of cerebral infarction in other diseases （OC）, cerebral infarction of unknown etiology（UND）. Relations of serum Cyst-C level with TOAST classification were analyzed. Results Cyst-C levels in patients with cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than the control group（t=24.32,P〈0.05）. Cyst-C levels in CE, LAA, SAO, OC, UND cause indicators were （1.09 ± 0. 213）, （1. 144 ± 0. 302）, （1. 051 ± 0. 282）, （1. 028±0. 202）, （1. 057±0. 246）, were all significantly higher than control group（P 〈 0.05）. Cyst-C concentration in LAA cause group increased significantly. Conclusion Serum Cyst-C level varies according to different TOAST classification. Serum Cyst-C level in acute cere bral infarction etiology classification has certain influence.
