重组人粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子凝胶联合远红外线治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨联合运用重组人粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rhGM-CSF)及远红外线治疗烧伤创面的疗效。方法选取中国人民解放军148医院2014年6月至2015年4月Ⅱ度烧伤患者80例,随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,实验组创面涂抹rhGM-CSF凝胶,并定时外用远红外线照射创面。对照组常规运用磺胺嘧啶银。观察第7、14、21天的创面愈合情况、7天创面细菌检出率、瘢痕评分。结果实验组与对照组相比,各个时间段的创面愈合时间均减少(P<0.05),抑菌效果相当(P>0.05),瘢痕评分(色泽、柔软度、厚度及血管分布)降低(P<0.05)。结论 rhGM-CSF凝胶联合远红外线治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面效果良好,可广泛使用。 Objective To investigate the effect of conjunctive use of rhGM-CSF and far infrared for the treatment of burn wounds. Methods A total of 80 patients with degree Ⅱ burn from June 2014 to April 2015 in the PLA 148 hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was daubed with rhGM-CSF gel and irradiated with far infrared at regular time on the wound. The control group was treated with sulfadiazine silver routinely. Indexes including the wound healing of 7th, 14th, 21st days, the detection rate of bacteria in the 7 days and scar score were observed. Results Compared with control group, the variety of wound healing time in experimental group reduced(P〈0.05), antibacterial effect was quite(P 〉 0.05), scar score ( color, softness, thickness and vascular distribution) reduced(P〈0.05). Conclusion rhGM-CSF gel combined with far infrared in the treatment of de- gree Ⅱ burn wounds has good effect and can be widely used.
