教育资源合理配置与民办高校发展探析——以浙江省高校为例

An Analysis on the Reasonable Allocation of Educational Resources to the Development of Private Colleges——Taking the Universities in Zhejiang Province for Example

作为高等教育的重要组成部分,民办高等教育理应获得更多的支持,这也是实现教育现代化的需要。但目前浙江省民办高校存在投入不够、办学经费不充裕、师资队伍弱、建设困难大等问题。地方政府要加大政策的支持力度,完善法律体系,吸引更多的民间资本投入教育;要均衡配置教育资源,将公共财政教育支出适当投入到民办高等教育;要建立良好的人才流动机制,鼓励优质师资到民办高校。

As one of the important part of higher education, the private higher education should get more support, which is required to realize the education modernization. Through analyzing the pres- ent situation of private colleges in Zhejiang Province, some problems are found such as insufficient in- vestment, insufficient funds, weak staff team and difficulty in construction. Therefore, local government should strengthen policy support and improve the legal system to attract more private capital invest- ment in education. It＇s necessary to balance allocation of education resources by properly investing in private higher education with public finance expenditure on education. It needs to establish a good mechanism for talent flow and encourage high-quality teachers to work in private colleges and universi- ties.
