不同年龄的贾洛羊生理生化指标测定

Determination ofphysiological and biochemical indexes in Jialuo Sheep

试验以四川省的一个地方藏绵羊类群-贾洛羊为研究对象,按照1岁、2岁和3岁等3个年龄进行生理生化指标测定.结果表明:1)体温、呼吸频率和心率等指标在3个年龄段间的差异均不显著(P>0.05);2)2岁贾洛羊的MCH、MCHC和MPV等指标显著高于1岁(P<0.05),1岁的RDW-SD指标显著高于2岁(P<0.05),WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、PLT、PCT、PDW和RDW-CV等9项血液生理指标在3个年龄段间差异不显著(P>0.05);3)1岁贾洛羊的ALT指标显著高于3岁,1岁时的ALP指标极显著高于3岁(P<0.01),AST、TP、ALB、GLO、A/G、LDH、GLU、CHE和CHOL等9项血液生理指标在3个年龄段间差异不显著(P>0.05).试验中测定的贾洛羊的生理指标、血液生理指标和血液生化指标等均在我国高原藏绵羊的正常范围内.

This paper determined the physiological indexes,blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Jialuo sheep at ages of 1,2 and 3 years old. The results showed that the indexes of anus temperature,heart rate and respiration rate in Jialuo sheep group were not significantly different（ P〉 0. 05） among the different ages,MCH,MCHC and MPV indexes of 2 years old Jialuo sheep were significantly higher than those of 1 year old Jialuo sheep（ P 〈0. 05）,however,RDW-SD index of 1 year old sheep was significantly higher than that of 2 years old sheep（ P 〈0. 05）,and the indexes of WBC,RBC,HGB,HCT,MCV,PLT,PCT,PDW and RDW-CV were not significantly different among the three age groups（ P 〉0. 05）. The ALT and ALP index of 1 year old Jialuo sheep were significantly higher than those of 3 years old sheep,and the indexes of AST,TP,ALB,GLO,A / G,LDH,GLU,CHE and CHOL were not significantly different among the three age groups（ P 〉0. 05）. The physiological indexes,blood physiological indexes and blood biochemical indexes were in the normal range of the Tibetan sheep.
