摘要
优化金叶银杏落叶中总黄酮的提取工艺.分别研究单因素液固比、丙酮水比、提取温度、提取时间对总黄酮含量的影响,然后在单因素实验基础之上利用响应面法确定优化金叶银杏落叶中总黄酮的最佳条件.结果显示最优提取工艺为:液固比13.52m L·g^(-1)、丙酮-水比71:29、提取温度54.82℃、提取时间2.97 h.
This paperinvestigated optimization of extraction process of flavonoids from Ginkgo boliba leaves and studiedthe effect of the single-factor liquid-solid ratio,acetone-water ratio,extraction temperature,and processing time on the content of flavonoids to optimize the extraction condition of flavonoids in Ginkgo boliba leaves combined with response surface methodology. The results indicated that the content of flavonoids reached 0. 893% under the conditions of liquid-solid ratio13. 52 m L·g^-1,acetonewater ratio 71: 29,extraction temperature 54. 82℃,and processing time 2. 97 h.
