Research on Joint Debugging Methods under The Centralization of The Whole Network

本文在介绍全网集中化和全网联调工作的基础上,研究了5种全网联调的方法,分别是韦恩图分析要因、分层和客服联调模式、参与需求分析与设计、激励机制及电子化闭环管控。通过这些联调方法,使全网集中化业务的服务质量得到保障,对全网集中化的顺利开展有重要作用。

This paper introduced the centralization of the whole network and the work of Joint debugging on the entire network.It investigated five kinds of whole network Joint debugging methods, namely due to Venn Diagram analysis, stratified and customer Joint debugging mode, participate in requirements analysis and design, incentives and electronic closed-loop control. These methods not only made the service quality of the whole network centralized business guaranteed,but also had an important role in the smooth development of the whole network centralization.
