徐州市机构养老的基本现状是供给总量不足与入住率较低并存、与条件不均衡同在,究其原因既有老年人自身方面的,也有养老机构及发展环境方面的因素。加快机构养老的发展,既需要地方政府的科学规划、制度创新和政策支持,也要求养老机构加强内涵建设、提高服务水平,同时也需要全社会转变观念,形成关注支持机构养老发展的良好氛围。
