大学生村官选聘公告中的政策待遇文本分析

Textual Analysis on the Policy Treatment in the Employment Bulletin of College-graduate Village Officials

在对内地31个省级行政区域的大学生村官选聘公告文本内容进行综合分析的基础上,把大学生村官的政策待遇归纳为经济待遇和发展出路两种类型,各自包含五项具体内容。研究还发现,政策待遇的文本内容具有理想性、独特性、模糊性及欠缺性等特点,据此,需完善大学生村官选聘公告的文本内容。

Based on the comprehensive analysis of the text contents of the employment bulletins of collegegraduate village officials in domestic 31 provinces,the policy treatment of college-graduate village officials are divided into two types of economic treatment and development prospect,which respectively has five specific contents.It is also found that the text contents of policy treatment have many features,such as ideality,uniqueness,vagueness and deficiency,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the text contents of the employment bulletins of college-graduate village officials.
