创建就业导向型专业学位人才培养模式,需要改变传统教学模式,以就业为龙头,完善教育教学制度体系,同时加强就业平台建设,做好校企衔接工作,形成一套具有系统性、整体性的人才培养模式,此外还应注意拓宽农业工程专业学位硕士研究生的就业渠道,提高就业率和就业质量。

In order to create the employment-oriented professional degree training mode,we first need to change the traditional teaching mode,improve the education and teaching system with employment as the priority.Meanwhile,it is necessary to strengthen the employment platform,enhance school-enterprise convergence,and form a systematic,holistic training mode.Moreover,it is also needed to broaden employment channels for agricultural engineering postgraduates,increase their employment rate and quality of employment.
