关于图书馆社会责任的思考

Thinking about the Social Responsibility of the Library

人类社会的发展促进人类文明的进步,同时也使图书馆的公共性和社会性越来越突出,但是由于我国的图书馆在建设过程中存在许多问题,比如图书馆责任意识缺乏、建设投入不足、管理体制不畅和对外合作不足等,这些问题都阻碍了图书馆社会责任的履行。因此,我们在对图书馆社会责任内容界定和存在问题分析的基础上,提出要重视图书馆的社会责任建设,并给出了图书馆履行社会责任的具体路径选择。

The development of human society promotes the progress of human civilization, but also makes the public and social of the library become more and more prominent. There are many problems in the construction of the library in our country, such as lack of responsibility consciousness, lack of construction investment, inefficient management system and the lack of foreign cooperation. These problems have hindered the fulfillment of the social responsibility of the library. Therefore, on the basis of the analysis of the contents of the social responsibility of the library, we should pay more attention to the construction of social responsibility. Finally, we give the concrete path choice for the library to fulfill the social responsibility.
