摘要
环境议题作为中非合作论坛的主要构建内容之一,将有利于促进中非绿色发展,有利于构建可持续发展合作伙伴关系,为"一带一路"愿景提供多维度生态安全战略支撑。本文主要从非洲自然资本与经济发展的内涵,非洲国家绿色理念与实践,引导中国企业对非投资的可持续发展,开启创新中非绿色发展合作模式等方面进行分析,探索构建一带一路框架下的我国环境保护"走出去"战略,拓展南南环境合作的深度和广度。
The environmental cooperation as one of the main contents of the China - Africa Cooperation Forum will help to promote China -Africa＇s green development is conducive to building a sustainable partnership on ＂Belt and Road＂ . This paper focus and analysis on the connotation of natural capital and economic development in Africa, the Africa counties＇ best practice, guiding Chinese enterprises to sustainable investment, promoting the green development innovation between China and Africa, and exploring the environmental protection and China＇ s going out strategy with Belt and Road.
