Ethical Problems and Countermeasures of Ecological Civilization Construction in the Process of Research

本文从生态文明及其建设的内涵出发,探讨了生态伦理研究的理论基础,分析了目前生态文明建设中存在的伦理观、资源利用和代际分配消费等问题,提出了加强生态伦理文化建设、建立新的绩效考核体系和实施生态补偿机制等对策建议。

Based on the connotation of ecological civilization and its construction, discusses the theory base of ecological ethics research, analysis of the current ethics in the construction of ecological civilization concept, utilization of resources and the intergenerational distribution of spending and other issues, proposed strengthening the ecological ethic culture building, the establishment of ecological compensation mechanism of implementation of the new performance appraisal system and the countermeasures.
