摘要
阐述了《固体废物鉴别导则(试行)》的重要作用以及存在的主要问题,简要介绍了国外固体废物鉴别情况和我国已完成的固体废物鉴别实例总结归纳情况,描述了将替代《固体废物鉴别导则(试行)》成为固体废物鉴别主要依据的《固体废物鉴别标准通则》国家标准的框架结构及大概内容,同时也提出了制定专家会议鉴别和裁定的程序及规程的建议,对指导和规范我国固体废物鉴别工作具有重要意义。
The important role and the main problems of solid waste identification guidelines （trial） were described. A proposal for the establishment of procedures and regulations for the identification and determination of expert meeting was put forward. This study is important to guide and regulate the solid waste identification in China.
