查阅麻黄相关文献资料,着眼于非常规剂量、特殊剂型或特殊用法应用麻黄的验方及验案,并筛选整理出有较高临床应用价值或科研价值的案例。综述麻黄在内、外、妇、儿、男、五官科及疑难杂症等方面的临床应用及药理作用,简述麻黄的主要有效成分与其不良反应及耐药性的相关联系,结合古代医籍对麻黄的阐述与现代药理学对麻黄的研究,为如何在安全、合理的范围内扩大麻黄的临床应用,发挥其最大价值提供参考依据。

This paper refers to the relevant documents focusing on some effective medical basis and consilia which contain unconventional dose,special formulations or special usage of ephedra. Through the article,cases have been sorted out into high clinical value or scientific value. The article reviews the pharmacological action and clinical application in different clinical departments,including internal medicine,surgery,gynaecology,pediatrics,andrology,otorhinolaryngology and incurable diseases as well. The relationship between the main effective component and side effective and tolerance of ephedra has been briefly described. By combining the relevant states in ancient medical books and modern pharmacology studies,we provide the reference basis for how to expand the clinical application of ephedra safely and reasonablely and play its maximum value role in clinical application.
