小青龙汤加减治疗支气管哮喘寒哮型疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Small Qinglong Decoction in Treatment of Cold Type of Bronchial Asthma

目的:观察小青龙汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期寒哮证的临床疗效。方法:选择符合条件的患儿170例,分为A、B两组,A组140例进行综合疗效判定,B组30例进行中医证候疗效判定及肺功能测定。A、B两组均分为治疗组和对照组。均给予常规对症治疗及支持疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上加用小青龙汤。3周后分析临床疗效情况。结果:1综合疗效判定、单项中医症状积分在咳嗽、喘息、咯痰、舌苔证候积分上有差异且具有统计学意义(P<0.05),特别是在改善咯痰症状上有显著差异(P<0.01);2中医证候积分疗效率、肺功能测定方面无差异,(P>0.05)。结论:1小青龙汤可以改善临床症状,特别是在化痰方面有显著疗效。2加用小青龙汤联合用药比单用西药常规治疗疗效好,在临床治疗上值得推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Small Qinglong Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation bronchial asthma of cold syndrome. Methods： 170 cases were divided into A and B two groups. Group A＇s140 cases were given comprehensive evaluation and group B＇s 30 cases given evaluations for TCM syndrome and lung function. A and B groups were both divided into treatment group and control group. Both were given conventional treatment and supporting treatment. The treatment group were given Small Qinglong Decoction on the basis of control group. Three weeks later,we observed the clinical therapeutic effect. Results： 1The comprehensive curative effect and the single TCM symptom integral： coughing,wheezing,cough up phlegm and tongue coating were statistically significant,P〈 0. 05,especially in improving expectoration symptoms（ P 〈0. 01）. 2 TCM syndrome integral efficiency rate and the two groups ＇lung function measurements had no difference（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： 1Small Qinglong Decoction can improve clinical symptoms and especially has a significant effect on the phlegm. 2The combination of Small Qinglong Decoction and conventional western medicine therapy is better than signle conventional western medicine therapy,worthy of popularizing.
