高血压心脏病室性早搏患者应用美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗的临床效果评价

Clinical Effect Evaluation of Metoprolol Combined with Wenxin Granule in Treatment of Patients with Premature Ventricular Contractions Due to Hypertensive Heart Disease

目的:对高血压心脏病室性早搏患者采用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔进行治疗,并分析治疗的效果。方法:选取自2014年4月—2015年2月接受治疗的86例高血压心脏病室性早搏患者作为本次的观察对象,根据掷骰子的方法随机分成观察组与对照组,每组43例患者,其中对照组患者服用美托洛尔进行治疗,观察组服用美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒进行治疗,比较两组患者用药后的疗效、不良反应发生情况与血浆黏度等指标。结果:观察组用药一个疗程后的总有效率(93.02%)明显高于对照组的(60.47%);用药后观察组的血浆黏度(1.49±0.09)m Pa·s、早搏次数(4.65±0.23)次/min与QT间期(0.35±0.08)s均优于对照组的血浆黏度(1.72±0.10)m Pa·s、早搏次数(9.75±0.36)次/min与QT间期(0.38±0.15)s,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而用药后观察组的心率(65.32±1.33)次/min与对照组的(67.29±1.01)次/min无明显差异(P<0.05),观察组用药一个疗程后不良反应总发生率(4.65%)低于对照组的(9.30%),差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高血压心脏病室性早搏患者采用稳心颗粒与美托洛尔联合的方法进行治疗的效果相比于仅口服美托洛尔,在一定程度上具有明显的优势。

Objective： To treat hypertensive patients with ventricular premature beat with Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol and to explore its therapeutic effect. Methods： From April 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital,86 cases of patients with hypertensive ventricular premature beat as the observation object,according to the way of throwing the dice,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,43 cases in each group. The control group took metoprolol treatment and the observation group was given metoprolol combined wtih Wenxin Granule. After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions and plasma viscosity were analyzed. Results： After one course of treatment,the total effective rate（ 93. 02%） of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group＇s（ 60. 47%）. After treatment,plasma viscosity（ 1. 49 ± 0. 09） m Pa·s,frequency of premature beats（ 4. 65 ± 0. 23） / min and QT interval（ 0. 35 ± 0. 08） s in the observation group were better than plasma viscosity（ 1. 72 ± 0. 10） m Pa·s,frequency of premature beats（ 9. 75 ± 0. 36） / min and QT interval（ 0. 38 ± 0. 15） s in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05） and after treatment heart rate（ 65. 32 ± 1. 33） / min in the observation group and the control group＇s heart rate（ 67. 29 ± 1. 01） / min had no significant differences（ P〈 0. 05）. After one course of treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group（ 4. 65%） was lower than that of the control group（ 9. 30%） and there was no statistical difference（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： For patients with premature ventricular contractions due to hypertensive heart disease,Wenxin Granule combined with Meitoprol treatment has obvious advantages compared with oral meitoprol only.
