疏肝健脾化痰法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

Clinical Study of Shugan Jianpi Huatan Method in Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:观察疏肝健脾化痰法联合口服避孕药、促排卵药、胰岛素增敏剂治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合诊断标准的PCOS患者随机分为两组,每组30例,两组患者无显著差异,具有可比性。对照组给予达英-35、氯米芬、二甲双胍,治疗组在对照组基础上给予口服疏肝健脾、化痰清热的中药进行治疗。治疗3个疗程,观察治疗前后两组患者的黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、LH/FSH比值、睾酮(T)、空腹胰岛素水平(FINS)、体质量指数(BMI)、卵巢体积、优势卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度、排卵率及临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组患者的LH、T、LH/FSH、FINS、BMI、卵巢体积显著降低,FSH、优势卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度、排卵率显著升高,而治疗组的各项指标改善的更显著;治疗组患者总有效率显著高于对照组。结论:口服疏肝健脾、化痰清热的中药联合口服避孕药、促排卵药、胰岛素增敏剂治疗PCOS患者可以取得较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the effect of Shugan Jianpi Huatan method combined with oral contraceptives,ovulation drugs and insulin sensitizing agent in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS）. Method： 60 patients with PCOS were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group without significant differences,comparable. Control group was treated with Diane-35,clomiphene,metformin and the treatment group was given oral Shugan Jianpi Huatan treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Three courses of treatment later,we observed two groups＇ luteinizing hormone（ LH）,follicle stimulating prime FSH,LH/ FSH and testosterone（ T）,fasting insulin（ fins）,body mass index（ BMI）,ovarian volume,the number of dominant follicle,endometrial thickness,ovulation rate and clinical efficacy. Result： In the treatment group and the control group,LH,T,LH / FSH,fins,BMI and ovarian volume were significantly lower and FSH,the number of dominant follicle,endometrial thickness and ovulation rate increased significantly,while the treatment group＇s improvement of indexes was more significant. The treatment group＇s total efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion： Oral administration of Shugan Jianpi Huatan method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with oral contraceptives,promoting ovulation drugs and insulin sensitizing agents in the treatment of PCOS patients can get a good effect.
