穴位贴敷辅助治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:观察穴位贴敷疗法辅助治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取符合临床诊断标准的稳定型心绞痛患者40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用稳定型心绞痛基础治疗方法,治疗组在基础治疗基础上加用穴位贴敷疗法,观察1个月后两组患者的临床症状、心电图改善情况、中医症状总积分及心绞痛积分。结果:治疗组在临床症状、心电图改善情况、中医症状总积分方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷辅助治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛具有良好的临床疗效。

Purpose： To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application therapy in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Method ： Selected 40 patients met the clinical criteria for the diagnosis of stable angina pectoris,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Stable angina pectoris basic treatment method was used in the control group. Treatment group,on the basis of foundation treatment,added with acupoint sticking therapy. Observed improvement in two groups of patients with clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram（ ECG） improvement,Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） symptom total score,and angina pectoris integral a month later. Results ： The treatment group was superior to the control group（ P 〈0. 05） in clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram（ ECG） improvement,and Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） symptom total score. Conclusion ： Acupoint application in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease has favourable clinical effect.
