健脾化痰汤联合布地奈德治疗缓解期儿童哮喘的临床疗效及对炎症因子水平的影响

Jianpi Huatan Decoction Combined with Budesonide in Treatment of Childhood Asthma in Remission and Effect on Level of Inflammatory Factor

目的:观察口服中药健脾化痰汤治疗缓解期儿童哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将所有于医院儿科就诊的缓解期哮喘患儿共70例,随机分为治疗组与对照组两组,每组各35例。对照组:采用吸入布地奈德混悬液及口服孟鲁司特钠的方法治疗。治疗组:采用吸入布地奈德混悬液,同时口服自拟中药健脾化痰汤的方法治疗,两组疗程均为3个月,疗程结束后观察疗效。结果:研究结果显示,两组在临床总有效率比较中,治疗组总有效率为97.1%,对照组为74.3%,治疗组优于对照组,两组相比,差异显著,P<0.05。两组治疗前后症状积分疗效方面存在明显差异,治疗组优于对照组,P<0.05。两组治疗前后血清Ig E、IL-18、TNF-α水平比较,治疗组治疗后明显低于对照组,两组相比,存在显著差异,P<0.05。两组治疗后随访观察,治疗组在随访半年及1年时的平均发作次数均少于对照组,两组相比,有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:采用中药健脾化痰汤口服对改善哮喘患儿临床症状及减少复发次数具有明显效果,且该疗法费用低廉,安全性高,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the oral medicine Jianpi Huatan Decoction in the treatment of asthma in children in remission. Methods： In pediatrics department of our hospital,a total of 70 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group. Control group： the method of inhaling budesonide and oral montelukast treatment. Treatment group： the inhalation of budesonide suspension,at the same time the method of oral Chinese medicine Jianpi Huatan Decoction. Two groups were treated for 3 months and the curative effect was observed. Results： The results of this study showed the total effective rate in the treatment group was 97. 1% and it was 74. 3% in the control group and the difference was significant,P 0. 05. There were obvious differences between the two groups ＇ symptom integral effect before and after treatment and the treatment group was better than the control group,P 〈0. 05. Comparison of serum Ig E,IL-18,TNF-levels in the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than those of the control group and there was significant difference,P〈 0. 05. Observe two groups after treatment,the average number of episodes in the treatment group in the first half-year and 1 year follow-up were less than that in the control group and there was significant difference,P〈 0. 05. Conclusion： Jianpi Huatan Decoction has obvious effect on the improvement of clinical symptoms in children with asthma and can reduce relapses,and the therapy is of low cost,high safety and no obvious side effect,worthy of the clinical application.
