指出了基层农机推广工作中存在的如基层政府对农业生产的认识不够,基层农机技术推广人员减少,机构撤销或合并,农机专业技术人员严重缺乏,推广机构薄弱,人员素质低下等问题。提出加强基层农机推广的工作建议。

This paper pointed out some problems such as grass-roots government has not enough understanding of agricultural production, reduce of agricultural machinery technology promotion personnel, organization dissolution or merger, a severe lack of agricultural machinery professional and technical personnel, weak promotion agency and low personnel quality.
