军事战略方针关系到战争的胜负,抗战初期实施何种对日作战战略方针,在党和军队内部形成了较大的分歧和争论,中国共产党依据国内形势发展变化不失时机地实施了由运动战向游击战的军事战略方针的转变,这一战略方针的转变对于打败日本帝国主义,争取抗日战争的最后胜利产生了极其深远的影响。

Military strategy is vital to the outcome of a war.There was an obvious divergence on the fighting strategy towards Japanese inside the Chinese Communist Party （CPC）and army during the in-itial period of anti-Japanese war.CPC conducted the military strategy change from the mobile warfare to the guerrilla warfare according to the changes of domestic situations.This strategy change had a profound impact on defeating Japanese imperialist and winning the anti-Japanese war.
