摘要
随着山东省电力公司95598所有话务接听业务集中到国家电网公司,山东公司按照国网公司统一要求使用新的中继网关替换现有AVAYA语音呼叫平台,替换下来的设备总体较为先进,服役年限较短,软件硬状态非常良好。山东公司通过对替换下来的AVAYA语音呼叫平台进行改进,一部分作为新增的国网网关的备份系统,另一部分则重新作为新业务话务平台使用。该方案充分利用了现有设备,提高了95598核心系统的可靠性,同时为新业务开展提供了可靠的系统平台。
As all of inbound services centralize to state grid, Shandong province center use new trunk gateway to replace exist avaya voice call center platform according to SGCC's uniform requirements. So we have lots of equipment idle. Most of this equip- ment still very advanced and commissioned few years, system status very good. This article plan to research and improve this AVAYA voice call center platform. A portion reuse as new State Grid voice gateway's backup system, other portion reuse as new business voice platform. This solution reused exist idle equipment, improved 95598 core system's reliability, simultaneously provide a new available voice call center platform.
