吸入沙丁胺醇、异丙托溴铵气雾剂治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨沙丁胺醇气雾剂联合异丙托溴铵气雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的临床效果。方法选择2012年1月-2014年5月在我院全科门诊就诊的86例COPD稳定期(Ⅱ级)患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组43例,对照组采用吸入沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,100-200μg/次,3次/d。观察组在对照组的基础上给予异丙托溴铵气雾剂喷吸,40μg/次,3次/d。两组患者治疗12周。观察两组患者治疗后咳嗽、气短症状缓解情况,治疗后肺功能改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.70%,明显高于对照组的74.42%,观察组肺功能恢复情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论沙丁胺醇气雾剂联合异丙托溴铵气雾剂治疗COPD稳定期(Ⅱ级),能有效缓解咳嗽、气短症状,改善患者肺功能,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)stabilization period by salbutamol and ipratropium bromide inhalation. Methods 86 patients who suffered from COPD stabilization period(grade II) in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2014 were taken as the research objects,and these patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 patients in each group.In the control group,they were treated with the salmeterol inhalation 100 to 200 μg each time,3 times/day while in the observation group,they were treated with the salbutamol and ipratropium bromide inhalation 40 μg each time,3 times/day,both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Then,the treatment effects,the situations of cough,shortness of breath symptoms,and the recovery situations of lung function were observed. Results The whole effectiveness rate in observation group was90.70%,which was evidently higher than 74.42% in control group.The recovery situations of lung function in observation group were evidently better than that in control group and the differences had statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion The treatment for COPD by salbutamol and ipratropium bromide inhalation can effectively relieve cough,shortness of breath symptoms and improve lung function.It should be promoted in the clinic applications.
