多西他赛联合比卡鲁胺治疗中晚期前列腺癌的临床效果观察

Observation the clinical effect of docetaxel combined with bicalutamide in treating later period prostate cancer

目的观察多西他赛联合比卡鲁胺治疗中晚期前列腺癌患者的临床疗效。方法将我院2012年6月-2014年3月收治的42例中晚期前列腺癌患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为研究组与对照组（各21例）,分别应用多西他赛联合比卡鲁胺与单独应用比卡鲁胺治疗,治疗后,对比两组患者的生活质量评分、临床疗效以及不良反应等指标。结果研究组患者生活质量评分良好率61.9%、较好率28.5%、总有效率90.5%,明显高于对照组的28.6%、14.3%以及38.1%（P〈0.05）;研究组患者的不良反应率9.5%,明显低于对照组的28.6%（P〈0.05）。结论采用多西他赛联合比卡鲁胺疗法治疗中晚期前列腺癌患者,能够明显提高患者生活质量与治疗有效率,并降低不良反应率,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of docetaxel combined with bicalutamide in treating later period prostate cancer. Methods 42 later period prostate cancer patients from June 2012 to March 2014 of our hospital were selected as study object.Patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,and each group was 21 patients.Two groups were respectively given docetaxel combined with bicalutamide and bicalutamide simply.After treatment,the score of life quality,clinical effect and adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Results The well rate of life quality score,preferably rate and total effective rate were respectively 61.9%,28.5% and 90.5% in study group, significantly higher than that were respectively 28.6%,14.3% and 38.1% in control group（P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction rate was 9.5% in study group,significantly lower than that was 28.6% in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using docetaxel combined with bicalutamide in treating later period prostate cancer can significantly improve patients′life quality and therapy effective,and can reduce adverse reaction rate.It is worth to popularize in clinical.
