Analysis of the influencing factors and maintenance measures on mental health of medical workers

医务人员的心理健康水平直接关系到医疗质量,维护其心理健康非常有必要。本文对医务人员心理健康的影响因素,包括个人因素、环境因素和应对方式等方面进行综合论述,并从个人和组织层面分析,提出维护医务人员心理健康的措施,为提高医务人员整体健康水平和医疗质量提供参考。

Mental health of medical workers is directly related to the medical quality,so to maintain their mental health is very necessary.In this paper,the influential factors on the mental health of medical workers,including personal factors,environmental factors,coping styles and so on are comprehensively discussed and analyzed from individual and organizational level in order to put forward the measures of maintenance their mental health,and provide a reference for improving the level of overall health and medical quality.
