延续护理对留置PICC妇科肿瘤患者的护理体会

Nursing experience of continuing nursing on gynecological tumor patients with indwelling PICC

目的探讨延续护理在留置PICC管妇科肿瘤患者中的应用及护理体会。方法选取2013年1月-2014年12月在我院PICC中心接受PICC置管,且留置时间〉3个月的患者200例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各100例。对照组执行常规护理,试验组实施延续护理措施,比较两组患者满意度及并发症发生率。结果试验组的满意度为99%,并发症发生率为2%;对照组的满意度为85%,并发症发生率为14%;差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论对留置PICC患者实施延续护理服务,可降低置管并发症的发生率,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the application and nursing experience of continuing nursing on gynecological tumor patients with indwelling PICC. Methods 200 patients with indwelling PICC over three months in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was managed by conventional nursing,the study group was given continuing nursing.The patient satisfaction rates and complication incidence rates in two groups were compared.Results In the study group,the satisfaction rate was 99% and the complication incidence rate was 2%.The satisfaction rate in control group was 85%,and the complication incidence rate was 14%.The differences were statistically significant between two groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Continuing nursing on patients with indwelling PICC can reduce the incidence rate of complications and improve the satisfaction rate of patients,worthy to be popularized.
