推拿治疗小儿伤食泻30例

Clinical Efficacy of Massage in Treatment of Infantile Indigestion Diarrhea Caused by Improper Diet:A Report of 30 Cases

目的观察推拿治疗小儿伤食泻的临床疗效。方法将60例伤食泻患儿随机分为治疗组(推拿治疗)和对照组(蒙脱石散和酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗),每组30例,治疗1个疗程(3d)后统计疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后大便次数、质地、性状积分,以及主症积分和总积分均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后大便质地、性状积分,以及主症积分和总积分差值显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论两种治疗方法均能明显改善小儿伤食泻的临床症状,但推拿疗法优于药物(蒙脱石散和酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊)疗法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of massage in the treatment of infantile indigestion diarrhea caused by improper diet. Methods A total of 60 children with indigestion diarrhea caused by improper diet were equally and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received massage, while the control group received montmorillonite powder and Clostridium butyricum Capsule. The treatment outcomes were assessed after one course of treatment （3 d）. Results The treatment group had a better clinical outcome than the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, both groups showed significant decreases in the scores of frequency, texture, and property of stool, the main symptom score, and the total symptom score （P〈0.05）. The decreases in the scores of texture and property of stool, the main symptom score, and the total symptom score after treatment were significantly larger in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both treatments can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of infantile indigestion diarrhea caused by improper diet. However, massage has better clinical efficacy than montmorillonite powder and Clostridium butyricum Capsule.
