206例更年期抑郁症患者中医证候要素研究

Research on 206 cases climacteric depression based on syndrome elements

目的分析更年期抑郁症患者的基本证候要素,在此基础上探讨其临床特点与基本病机,为更年期情抑郁症的诊治提供思路。方法采集206例更年期抑郁症患者基本信息,进行辨证分型,从频数角度分析各证候要素主次关系,发现各证候要素的差异。结果更年期抑郁症患者辨证的核心脏腑证候要素为肾、肝;主要实证证候要素为气滞、血瘀;主要虚证证候要素为阴虚、阳虚和气虚。结论更年期抑郁症的核心病机为肾虚肝郁血瘀。

Objective It is to analyze the syndrome elements of climacteric depression and further discuss the basic pathogenesis and clinical characteristics for disease＇s diagnostic and therapy. Methods The basic information of 206 climacteric depression patients were collected to make syndrome differentiation,analyze the relationship between syndromes on the aspects of the frequency of syndromes,and to fine out the difference in syndrome elements. Results Kidney and liver were the core of pathological viscera,Qi stagnation and blood stasis were the dominating excessive syndrome elements of climacteric depression,and Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency was the dominating deficiency syndrome elements. Conclusion The core pathogenesis of climacteric depression is kidney deficiency,stagnation of liver qi and blood stasis.
