摘要
以水为溶剂合成水解聚马来酸酐,以阻垢率为指标,考察了催化体系和引发剂体系对产物的影响并进行了优化。结果表明,Fe2+、Cu2+及金属氧化物V2O5为催化剂,30%的过氧化氢为引发剂,产品性能最好。当n(Fe2+)∶n(Cu2+)=2∶1,n(Fe2++Cu2+)∶n(马来酸酐)=7∶106,n(V2O5)∶n(马来酸酐)=2.5∶105,反应温度为95℃,反应时间为2h,产品质量浓度为10mg/L时,阻垢率达50%以上,耐热温度高。
Hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride was synthesized in water as solvent. The catalytic and initia- tion systems were determined and optimized according to the efficiency of scale inhibition of the product. The experimental results showed that the product was well with Fe2+ 、Cu2+and V2Osas catalyst and H2O2 as initiator. When n(Fe2+) : n(Cu2+)=2 : 1, n(Fe2+ +Cu2+): n(maleic anhydride)=7 : 106 ,n(V2O5)2: n(maleic anhydride) =2.5 : 105 , reaction temperature was 95℃, and reaction time was 2 h, the mass con- centration of product was 10 mg/L, and the inhibition rate of calcium carbonate scale was over 50%. The product can resist high heat.
