摘要
采用单元设备计算及流程模拟方法对100kt/a Deacon工艺中的氯化氢吸收塔进行设计,结果表明:塔器合理设备尺寸及操作条件为:填料高度H=4.0m,塔径D=2.34m,液体的喷淋量为10.379t/h。采用Aspen流程模拟软件对上述条件下的氯化氢吸收率进行计算,模拟结果显示:氯化氢的吸收率超过80%,完全满足处理要求,充分证明了本设计的可靠性。
Unit equipment and process simulation calculation methods were employed for the design of HGI absorber with capacity of 100 kt/a for Deacon process. The results indicated that the optimal device dimen- sions and operating conditions were as follows, tower height, 4.0 m; Column diameter, 2.34 m; L=10. 379 t/h. Under the above conditions the HC1 absorption rate was calculated using Aspen process simu- lation method. The results showed that the HCl absorption rate was over 80%, which could fully meet the processing requirements and further proved the reliability of the design.
