摘要
以芬顿试剂为引发剂,自制氧化阳离子醚化淀粉、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸(AA)为原料,采用无皂乳液聚合法合成了一种具有高抗水性能的苯丙乳液。研究了醚化剂用量,单体间配比,淀粉与单体配比,丙烯酸用量等对乳液性能的影响。通过红外表征,扫描电镜等分析结果表明:当m(单体)∶m(淀粉)=2∶1,m(St)∶m(BA)=3∶1,醚化剂用量为4%,丙烯酸用量为4%,双氧水用量为3%时,乳液的抗水性能最佳,最低可达30.09g/m2。
Using Fenton reagent as initiator and self-made cationic etherified starch oxide, butyl acrylate (BA), styrene (St) and acrylic acid (AA) as raw materials, a kind of styrene acrylic emulsion with high water resistance was synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization. The effect on the emulsion per- formance of the etherification agent, the ratio between the monomers, and the amount of acrylic acid, and starch was studied. The emulsion structure and surface properties were characterized by FT-IR and SEM. The results showed when re(monomer) : re(starch)= 2 : 1, re(St) : m(BA)= 3 : 1, the dosage of ether- ifying agent was 4 %, the acrylic acid was 4 %, and the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 3 %, the water re- sistance of the emulsion was the best, and the minimum could reach 30.09 g/m2.
