摘要
根据神华铁路既有路网扩能改造计划,将在朔黄铁路规模化开行2万t重载列车,达到年运量4亿t及以上的生产目标。发展重载运输须研究既有桥梁的重载适应性问题。本文通过对重载列车作用下既有64 m栓焊钢桁梁在承载能力适应性和疲劳累积损伤的分析、计算,提出在轴重30 t列车作用下既有64 m钢桁梁的薄弱环节,并针对薄弱环节进行了强化改造措施研究,提出了强化对策。
According to network expansion and reconstruction needs of Shenhua Railway,20 000 t Heavy Haul Train will run on Shuohuang railway in large-scale,targeting annual volume more than 400 million tons.However,the development of heavy haul transportation on the existing line is related to the adaptability of the existing bridges.In the paper,adaptability of a 64 m bloted and welded steel truss girder bridge to heavy axle loads was analyzed as well as its accumulative fatigue damage.Under 30 t axle loads,the weakness of the steel truss girder was proposed.Also,the corresponding strengthening method was recommended.
