摘要 针对目前盾构选型中定量化研究较少、对选型参数的随机不确定性考虑不足的问题,对盾构机械以及刀盘刀具类型选择展开研究。首先,从规划设计要求、水文地质条件和周围环境因素三个方面选取11个指标构建盾构机械选型指标体系。然后,采用主客观赋权法相结合确定指标权重;利用TOPSIS方法进行定量计算,选出与理想方案最为接近的方案作为选型的目标;基于嵌入Excel的插件——Crystal Ball软件进行蒙特卡罗仿真模拟,识别盾构选型过程中的敏感性因素,克服方案评估中存在的随机性问题。最后,选取武汉轨道交通2号线进行实例分析,建议的选型方案与工程实际采用的盾构选型方案相同,并得出一次掘进最长距离、岩层抗压强度为选型过程中的两个最主要敏感因素。 According to less quantitative research of shield type selection and inadequate consideration of parameter stochastic uncertainty,the selection of shield type,cutter head and cutter type was studied.Eleven indices were selected to establish an index system of shield type selection from such aspects as planning and designing requirements,hydrogeological conditions and surrounding environment factors,the index weights were determined by combination of subjective and objective weighting method,TOPSIS method was used for quantitative calculation and the scheme which is mostly close to the ideal scheme was chosen as the optimal one.Monte Carlo simulation was made based on the embedded Excel plug-in unit-Crystal Ball software,sensitivity factors was identified in the process of shield type selection and the random problems of the scheme evaluation were overcome.Taking the line no.2 of Wuhan rail transit as an example,the proposed scheme was verified to be consistent with the practice scheme adopted in shield type selection and the one time drilling longest distance and rock compressive strength were determined as two main sensitive factors during the process of shield type selection.
