摘要
为了进一步在工程中应用PVA纤维水泥基复合材料,通过拉拔试验,研究PVA纤维水泥基复合材料抗拉强度、纤维体积掺量、钢筋锚固长度、相对保护层厚度对PVA纤维水泥基复合材料与钢筋平均黏结强度的影响。结果表明:PVA纤维水泥基复合材料与钢筋的平均黏结强度在纤维体积掺量为1.71%时最大;PVA纤维水泥基复合材料与钢筋的平均黏结强度随相对锚固长度的增加而减小;PVA纤维水泥基复合材料与钢筋的平均黏结强度随相对保护层厚度的增加而增加,但存在一个临界值,在4.19-5.75之间。最后回归得出了PVA纤维水泥基复合材料与钢筋的平均黏结强度计算公式,与试验值吻合较好。
For further application of PVA fiber cement-based composites in engineering,the influence of PVA fiber cement-based composites tensile strength fibers volume fraction,anchorage length of steel bar and relative protective thickness on PVA fiber cement-based composites and average bonding strength of steel bar by pull-out test.The results showed that average bond strength of PVA fiber cement-based composites and steel bar is maximal when fiber volume fraction is 1.71%,average bond strength of PVA fiber cement-based composites and steel bar decreases with relative anchorage length increasing and increases with the increasing of relative protective thickness,the critical value of which is between 4.19 and 5.75.Average bond strength calculation equation of PVA fiber cement-based composites and steel bar was concluded,which is in good agreement with test values.
