摘要
将蓄电池储能系统(Battery Energy Storage System,简称BESS)通过DC/DC变换器接到静止同步补偿器(Static Synchronous Compensator,简称STATCOM)的直流侧,不仅可以补偿系统所需要的无功功率,还可以实现有功功率的调节。将无差拍功率控制应用到STATCOM/BESS的控制中,可以实现在静止坐标系下的有功功率和无功功率的控制,并将储能侧的功率前馈到STATCOM侧,可以降低直流电压的波动。最后搭建了实验平台,实验结果证明了STATCOM/BESS采用控制方法可以实现四象限补偿,并降低了直流侧电压的波动,具有一定的理论价值和实际意义。
By connecting the battery energy storage system( BESS) to the DC side of the static synchronous compensator( STATCOM) via the DC/DC converter,we can not only compensate for the reactive power needed by the system,but also realize the regulation of active power. By applying dead beat power control to the control of STATCOM/BESS,we can realize the control over active power and reactive power in the stationary frame,and feed forward the power of the energy storage side to the STATCOM side,thus reducing fluctuations of the DC voltage. Finally,an experimental platform is set up,and the experiment results show that the STATCOM/BESS adopting the proposed control method can realize four-quadrant compensation and reduce voltage fluctuation at the DC side. The control method has a certain theoretical value and practical significance.
