电动汽车电池储能在光伏发电并网中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 光伏发电日益成为满足用电负荷需求、提高能源综合利用效率、提高供电可靠性的一种有效途径。由于光伏发电出力具有波动性的特点,储能装置在光伏发电系统中必不可少。为实现光伏发电平滑并网,减少对电网和用电设备的冲击,提出将电动汽车电池作为光伏发电并网系统的储能单元的方案。制定了电动汽车电池分别作为可调度负载和分布式电源与光伏发电系统协调运行的充、放电的控制策略,并实现了电动汽车储能在光伏发电系统中的多种应用,包括跟踪发电计划,平滑发电功率输出、进行光伏发电消纳和实现电网负荷削峰填谷等。不仅为电动汽车电池储能应用于智能电网提供了新的思路,也为光伏发电并网提供新的解决方案。 Photovoltaic power generation is becoming an effective means to meet the demand on electricity load,raise the comprehensive utilization efficiency of energy and improve the reliability of power supply. Due to valotility of photovoltaic output,the energy storage device is essential in the photovoltaic generation system. To realize smooth grid connection of photovoltaic power generation and reduce the impact on the grid and electrical equipment,this article proposes a scheme to use electric vehicle battery as an energy storage unit in the photovoltaic power generation and grid connection system,formulates charge/discharge control strategies for coordinated operation between the photovoltaic power generation system and the electric vehicle battery as schedulable load or as distributed power supply,and realization of peak clipping and valley filling of grid load. That does not only provide a new idea about application of electric vehicle battery energy storage in intelligent grids,but also offer a new solution for grid connection of photovoltaic power generation.
