摘要
针对目前我国汽车尾箱门控制系统智能化水平不高,可控性较差的现状,设计了一套汽车尾箱电动气弹簧柔性控制系统。以伺服电机控制的氮气弹簧撑杆作为尾箱门支撑杆,采用MC9S12XS128MAA作为主控芯片,通过对撑杆电机的实时状态检测与控制,实现"智能操控"、"自动避障"、"一键即停"、"开度可调"等功能,提高了汽车尾箱门的智能控制水平,具有反应速度快、可靠性好、控制精度高、成本低等特点。
Direct to the shortcomings of existing car trunk doors in China such as low intelligence level and poor controllability,a flexible control system is designed for the electric gas spring of the car trunk. In the system,a nitrogen spring jackstay under control of a servo motor is used as trunk pole and MC9S12XS128 MAA is used as kernel chip. Functions of intelligent operation,automatic obstacle avoidance,one-key stop and adjustable opening are realized through detection and control of real time state of the trunk pole motor,thus improving the intelligent control of car trunk doors. The system is characterized by quick reaction speed,good reliability,high control accuracy and low cost.
