摘要
冲突是组织生活的重要组成部分,对组织的影响存在两面性,而冲突管理是发挥冲突积极作用的关键所在。基于组织成员间的冲突,系统梳理了有关情绪和冲突以及情绪和冲突管理的关系的已有研究成果。情绪是冲突不可割裂的成分并对冲突管理起着重要的影响,而个体的情绪智力水平调节着情绪对冲突管理的影响。
Conflict is an inevitable part of organization life,and it can exert both positive and negative effects on the organization involved. Conflict management,therefore,is a key for optimizing the positive effects of conflicts.The existing research findings about the relationship between emotion and conflict as well as between emotion and conflict management,based on organization member conflicts,are systematically reviewed. It is found that emotion is an indispensable factor in creating conflicts and plays an important role in conflict management,and that individual emotion and intelligence level can regulate the impact of emotion on conflict management.
