脑卒中后情感障碍及对生活质量影响的研究进展

脑卒中后情感障碍是临床常见的脑卒中并发症,包括脑卒中后抑郁、焦虑等病症,对于脑卒中患者的恢复、生活质量等均产生严重影响,是临床亟待解决的问题之一。目前对于脑卒中后情感障碍的发病机制尚未达到共识,一部分研究将其归结于社会心理因素,另一部学说则认为其发病的主要原因是脑卒中后患者机体免疫因子、神经递质等分泌紊乱而产生的一系列生物学行为。本文从脑卒中后情感障碍的流行病学、发病机制、临床表现、治疗现状及对患者生活质量的影响几方面进行综述。
